No Verification Code?

  • 90% of the time, this is the issue. Go back and check for typos in your email address. Even if you can’t find a typo, tap the back arrow and enter your email address again. You’d be surprised how many people swear up and down that there’s not a typo, but when I manually check the logs, there is absolutely a typo.

  • If you’re 100% sure there are no typos, there’s a good chance the verification code email is in your spam folder. Some email providers will delay the delivery of an email marked as spam, so give it 5-10 minutes to come in. Once you get it, please mark it as “Not Spam”. This helps your email provider know that emails from Nomo are okay.

  • This is surprisingly common. Your inbox storage might be full and the verification code email bounces back when it hits your inbox. The worst part is, when people with this issue email me, I have no way of emaling them back because my emial would just bounce. So, delete large attachments and make sure you empty your trash. Then try to sign up again and see if the verification code email gets to you.

  • This is probably your best option. There might be something weird causing the verification code email to not get through. Try using a different email address and see if that works.

  • I made this page to help alleviate investigating every verification code email issues when 99.9% of the time, it’s either a typo, in their spam folder, or their inbox is full. If you’ve checked all of those things and you’re still not getting the verification code email, shot me an email at parker@saynomo.com

Just please remember that I’m one guy doing this as a passion project, so I might not be able to get to you right away. I want to, but I can’t always do that. That is why creating an account with a different email address is probably the fasted way to solve your issue with the verification code email.
